Royal Melbourne Hospital called me yesterday to tell me that I had a brain tumour that needed to be removed, and in the same breath promised to remove it that same day… and did remove it a few hours later laters.it showed me the power of strong positive communication in difficult circumstances, and how good our public hospitals are!
