Half-Assed Internet Research: The Unlucky Batter
Does anyone have Kohli’s number? You should send him this video uploaded by Sarang Bhalerao (@bhaleraosarang). He can share it with Jaiswal to make him feel better;
Never mind Kohli and Jaiswal though. The real hero of the Melbourne Test so far has been Steve Smith. Though, as Getty photographer Phillip Brown (@dudleyplatypus) found out, not everyone believes in Steve Smith;

One man everyone does love (apart from Kohli, obviously) is Sam Konstas. Even Wikipedia editors seem to love his exploits. Though, I’m guessing this particular editor is not going to have a job for much longer;
In all seriousness though, Konstas was bloody incredible on his debut. I’ve seen some crazy stats on his innings, but Shebas (@Shebas_10dulkar) finds a nice, weird one to drive home the absurdity of his play;
But, of course, Konstas isn’t the youngster who’s made the best impression in this series, or even this game. It’s rare for a player to have both sets of fans willing him to a century, but Nitish Kumar Reddy is quickly becoming a cult favourite;
